Complete supply and certification of 2 off 8000 ltr bulk extract vessels for William
Ransoms new processing facility in Hitchin. The vessels manufactured from grade
316L ststl, with steam jacket, actuated jack system to open bomb doors for
removal of waste product. Midas supplied the control panels which were
flame proof. William Ransom provides natural extracts for the medical, food
and drinks suppliers.
Midas designed and manufactured
a bund for the underside of the
vessels, product for extraction is
loaded into the top of the vessels
via manways, these vessels are
a one off unique design to meet
Ransoms process requirements
established some 150 years ago
but to meet current legislation
and production demand.
Midas also provided portable
perculator vessels and modifications
to a drying oven that was supplied 5 years previous.
