William Ransom supply natural extracts for medicines, food,
drinks and cosmetics. We have supplied them with a coffee drying
oven, process vessels, cnc orbitally welded hygienic pipe work
and percolators.

McVities
Frozen foods.
Mcvities were using manual loading and unloading of conveyors
to feed a 2m wide oven, which was very
labour intensive. To make the line more productive and profitable
we designed, manufactured and
installed an automatic feed system, comprising accumulator conveyor,
indexing cross feed conveyor,
180 degree feed conveyor and oven feeder. |

Northern Rubber who manufacture suspension units, Rail buffers
among other products, wanted to utilise
Off cut sheet materials to reduce scrap and therefore Increase
profitability. We supplied them with a special Purpose sheet
feeder to remove an anti-stick plastic
Coating from the back of the sheet and to transfer Into product
bins ready for reprocessing.

Sugar
Conscious of escalating transport costs, British sugar purchased
articulated bulkers to transport an extra 2oookgs, these needed
a special purpose loading facility to couple up to their existing
bellows loading system, we supplied a horizontal device for
them complete with pendant controls, 360 degree rotational
device and working platforms. 4 have now been installed
across the UK.

enable quick installation into product lines. We can assemble
complete lines in our factory to run product trials prior
to delivery and installation.
