Midas designed, manufactured and installed a unique 4 storey cantilevered staircase to this property conversion, the staircase was designed such that the balustrades were integral with the stringers and the landings and treads interlocked for welding on site.

Externally we provided juliette balconys and a compact folding gate system to follow the design theme. This project follows the completion of a new build property for the client at Bishops Avenue North London where we provided a 3 storey helical staircase, swimming pool balustrades and ladders and gates to the entrances.
