**2 hours fire resistance
The designs were born from a contract on the A11/M11 link road in
Leytonstone London, where the contractor had been unable to source an existing product which met the specification - enclosures & doors were required to provide fire resistance integrity and insulation for a period of 2 hours. |

Midas Technologies (GB) Ltd designed, supplied and installed enclosures and doors which, during fire resistance tests carried out in accordance with BS476 Part 22, achieved fire resistance insulation and integrity in excess of 100 minutes.
Certification is available.

**BS 476 & BS EN 60529 (IP65)
During successful tests at the Loss Prevention Council and British Standards Product Services Laboratories, the doors were subjected to temperatures in excess of 1000 deg C and high pressure water jetting. |
