Chris our Business and Financial Director has been with us for 15 years, since he started as a young naive accounts clerk moving to us from a firm of local accountants. What a headache he has juggling all the money we make to overseas high interest accounts (not!). He often says to us, "we are not a charity, we are supposed to make profit", but Chris, we really enjoy what we do and we love our customer's and want to make them happy and for them to go nowhere else. Profit isn't a dirty word though, we need it to continue to develop our business and provide the unique service we give to our customer's meeting the ever increasing challenges.
