The company was originally set up in December 1985 and since then has been through various corporate changes during its growth to continue to meet its customer's needs, together with Product and Service development - "State of the Art" and Contemporary.

Midas Technologies employs time served tradesmen, including apprentices, and has an annual turnover in excess of £2 million. It is an ISO 9001:2008 Registered Company. The Company is registered with the Loss Prevention Council who are part of The Building Research Establishment, ensuring our clients obtain quality assurance throughout their projects.

Nature of Business
The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke fabrications and plant for a wide range of industries. We offer computer aided design facilities and undertake sheet metal work, fabrication, welding (including coded for pressure vessels and CNC orbital pipe welding), machining, fitting, assembly and site installation work.

Project Briefings & Reviews
Here at Midas we realise the importance of project briefings and design reviews with all those involved in your project. Initial client meetings to determine and agree full scope of work to be completed and then with those from our team who will be designing, manufacturing and installing. A coherent, proactive approach to ensure that projects are completed to specification, on time and on budget.

Our ISO 9001 : 2000 Business & Quality Assurance System is audited by us monthly and by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) now part of The Building Research Establishment (BRE), every 6 months. The LPCB are more stringent than other certification bodies due to providing certification for High Security Products (Government Security Services Approved), Fire systems, Secure by Design, Fire Resistant Products etc.
We can therefore offer Quality Assurance Documentation, Type Testing to meet high specification projects.
